ps tom keep your viscous in place and coaling ..when the viscus fully locks in yes this robs power from the engine as it draws in air flow ..howling noise unless you can find thermos fans and a coaling set up that pulls the same amount of air flow with out a load on the electrical system...

turning the engine by hand is very slow and as long as your bum hole points to the ground you wont build up enough oil pressure to reach the turbo on engine start up the turbo will have a few thousands rpm as its pushed via the exhaust expanding gasses as it sees a load compared to using...

different manufactures have many instructions specially if it comes from over seas ..when i get back to work on monday i will dig out one of them .it mentioned something about holding the turbo impellor while some one starts the engine to allow the engine to prime oil to the turbo before it...

i have never heard of a need of engine flush prior to fitting a new turbo (and i fit turbos on vehicles every other day ) however they do recommend when changing out a turbo.... new oil and filter also new air cleaner this covers your warranty if the turbo was to fail as the first...

does it have an EGR delete ? the pipe in question that has been plugged off goes to the EGR cooler

bit of an update i spoke to the supplier and he mentioned about different brands he said the thickness and size diameter doesn't mean any thing the thicker combustion washer was just slightly off by a smidge even the vernias didnt read none digital type ... it seam to be a bit more...

gday that was my plan to measure them unfortunately i cant measure right now i dont have a spare set of calipers at home mine are at work in my tool box
