Ok a small update. The bulkhead isn't square. I.e. the door gaps are different on the drivers side it is tighter at the top than the bottom and on the passenger side it's tighter on the bottom than the top. Both bottoms read about 88cm. The top is 87 on the drivers and 89 on the passenger side...

Ok so I have went to for the doors on ky Series 3after rebuilding the tub etc and the drivers one won't shut. I have measured the gap and it's 1cm tighter at the drivers side. I tend to try and put it on with no thinners unless I'm struggling then I just add a small amount probably no more than 10%. Norrie.

Finally finished the front end. I fitted the bonnet and it was totally out of alignment so had to loosen off the rad panel and elongate the holes. It wasn't the original and had been welded but the holes must have been slightly out. I shut the bonnet before tightening it all back up and then...

Thanks. Still.not great as got an ear infection In both ears. Managed to wire up the rear lights today and the trailer socket. Also got the front lights back in. Getting there although slower than I wish. Norrie .

Ok my bad. I checked the plugs today and took them our the box. It turns out the thread is the same it's the hex size that is different. So there now fitted. lol. Nothing to see here move along. Norrie
