Yes they are new. £570 with vat, then you need to build it in a diff, set the back lash drill out for air lines. If you have the tools and know how to set up diffs buy from paddocks. If not buy from crown diffs, steve is a top block built and supplied both my diffs

My advice would be buy new. You can get a ashcroft locker new from crown diffs for £750 built ready to fit But if you want a second hand one best place to look is Devon 4x4
