    Rear Diff Flange Nut

I had movement to start with so I could not gauge anything torque wise. After struggling I decided to make a locking tool which bolted to the flange and then a locking bolt into the lower bolt hole of the front mount, even with this it would not budge and it bent the locking bolt.

What have you done to your Freelander today

Day off today so the plan was to go to the scrap yard only to find out it burnt down last night! Instead I decided to tackle my rear diff pinion seal oil leak, nope! that flange nut will not move, I even made a locking tool to stop the flange moving but it so tight it bent the bolt. With that...

Anyone have a pair of old front seats laying around.

I agree they are comfy, I did a 300 mile round trip on Wednesday with no aches or pains. My problem is I'm 6ft 1 and my head almost touches the roof and my view is the top few inches of the windscreen. A slightly lower seat base would also make it easier to get in and out of the car.

Anyone have a pair of old front seats laying around.

I'm another who's looking to have height adjustable seats. I have been thinking about it trying this for a while now and today I picked up a set of donor seats (which still might create some other headaches) I won't say much more than that as I don't want to get anyone's hopes up. My favourite...

Anyone have a pair of old front seats laying around.

Peeps, what do you have? they can be as rough as you like as long as they are a pair and more importantly FREE! In an ideal world you'd be in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambs or North Essex, that said though please get in contact anyway. I'm really after them just for the seat runners.

What have you done to your Freelander today

Yesterday my passenger window mechanism broke on the way to get my windscreen chips sorted. In the end I got the guy to come to my house and do them whilst I stripped the door and removed the mechanism. Upon removal it turns out one of the plastic guides at the end of the rail and broken and...
