The front bush on my rear diff is poly which is fine, the engine mounts however were a big no no, the vibration was evident immediately and awful :(

Yep did it on mine too and took them straight off again.

If you don't like a hard ride do not fit polybushes to a Sport, thankfully I don't mind a hard ride ;)

Were these from e bay for about 50 quid? If so I have these (didn't pay 50 quid for them) the description sounds the same and I had to cut tabs off the back of them. the guy who made them said I had the last pair and he wouldn't be making anymore, mine are pretty rubbish and keep falling apart...

I braved the artic conditions to finish off the double din and rear camera install, most useful tool of the day was a wire coat hanger, have to say I'm pretty pleased with the outcome and I can now use the steering wheel controls :)

Contemplated reducing the height of the drivers seat, at nearly 6ft 2' I'm looking out of the top edge of the windscreen and end up hunched over which sets off my heartburn :(:(

So were you a Dog botherer, Fairy, Rigger or Sooty ? I have one fitted, I cant say I have noticed a performance benefit from having it fitted although it does help to keep the rear window clean slightly longer. At the end of the day I wanted it because you do not see many fitted to them.
