Polybushing or?

+1 on this. I did it on a K series Freelander and the vibration was awful!

Interesting to see several have tried the poly bush products on a FL1. One has to remember LR suspended the engine/gearbox/ird, vcu bearings and rear diff, with rubber mounts to isolate the drive/transmission from the main body to reduce vibration transfer and cabin noise. Nothing new there. Most manufacturers do the same.

Unusual for such a large agreement on a subject on LZ - does appear polybushes should not be used on engine/ird/diff mounts. Usual disagreement on suspension though

The front bush on my rear diff is poly which is fine, the engine mounts however were a big no no, the vibration was evident immediately and awful

Problem with diff bushes being converted to poly is once there's a slight vibration on the diff or wheels, is goes straight through to the cabin. The rubber versions subdue this.

Runin gear rubber.
Suspension poly every time.
Every car if available.
As for tyres, owt you can aford that does the job
