just completed converting 2.5 pet to 200 tdi very pleased pulls like a train when running the temp shows in the red on the gauge was told it would and to swap with petrol sender. problem is tdi one is fine pitch thread. pet one course pitch thread so is there a one i can use to sort out or does...

well just put two ****part bulk head outriggers on me 90 pass side fit a treat no complaints drivers side what a pile of sh@t had to cut the end of alter the angle for door post fixing point then weld it back together total crap

went out to do some work on the 90 yesterday and its decided to start leeking fuel from the tank its an 86 so early tank with one hole for sender unit does anyone know if later ones with two holes in top fit cheers

anyone got any idear about mpg i have just put disco 200 tdi into petrol 90 used 2.5 petrol box that was in the 90 and disco transfer box .tyres are 205 80 16 cheers

got a 2.5 petrol 90 last warning light on dash is marked 24 volt wats it for

have got a 200 tdi disco to brake to go into 2.25 petrol 90 is the petrol gear box ok to use .same gearing .wat changes will i need to make bell housing back plate ect ect and is it best to use disco transfer box

going to start striping my rust bucket 200 tdi disco this week. have got a petrol 90 to convert . so anythig i need to keep apart from engine back axel transfer box . bits that will come in useful as spairs in future for the 90. come on help needed

hi all mal here live in tyneside just found this site have a disco with loads of rot as always. have offer of a 90 with poor engine from a freind cheep so looks like may be going that way. so probs be on looking for advice about engine swap ect cheers
