^^SIMPLE!! its a HYPOCHONDRIAC series 3 Oh no them ones are expensive!!

Think I've found one of my problems.... My series 3 is a 2a with a series 3 dash in all but name( and chassis plate)! :-(

Oh no! Least it sounds as if you've got the bits already to fix it Good look, hopefully you'll be able to drag it home in 3 wheel drive!

Don't know about well done, but it's another tick off the list!

The red wire to the Dynamo is my temp bodge, but what's the thingy next to the coil? Some kind of radio noise suppressor? The other 3 blue wires go to the fan and the washer pump

Well......... trying to sort out the missing charge light, dash lights, heater fan and oil pressure light wiring, I came across the fact that most wires in my series dash are either green or blue.... After trying to trace the wires I found the ignition light from the bulb was wired to the fan...

...well you did call it a restoration project! Hopefully you will find no more problems :-)

Cheers, you'll be next! Managed to sort the leaking oil filter canister, simply replace the new oil seal ........with the old one! Thankfully I don't throw anything away. While having a look round landyzone I read the wot series thread and discovered I've got the wrong doors on, ( I think) as...

...well ....... It needs some new shocks (at least ) as it bounces all over the shop!!! It's still leaking from the oil filter canister, it done up tighter than tight now, so needs to come off again :-( I want some rear fog lights and a reversing lamp(s) - can anyone recommend any? Need the new...

Misfires and spitting back through the carb are normally due to timing problems, go through the lot and make sure everything is set right , everybody has put plugs leads on wrong at least once as well :-)

Changed the oil an filter today, for looks like the first time this millennium...... It's rewarded my be leaking from the oil canister, and yes it's a new seal any ideas before I tighten it too much and break it :-(

Insure and tax it on line.....and bobs your uncle!!!! It's scary to think someone might try that!
