Ive broken a couple of 24s. Was pretty rough off roading but i also drive like a twunt :)

Good morning all:). I have two 200tdi discos. One, the later model has 24 spline diffs. The other has 10 spline diffs.The 24 spline disco is soon to come off the road for good. From the searches i have done it seems that i cannot simply swop just the diffs and half shafts. Having been told that...

Slam on some 265 75 16's. You wont have to mod anything............the tyres will do it for you.

It would be the 300tdi for me. As wlm said, they dont need plugging in when things go wrong. All repairs can be done with simple tools like welder, spanner and big hammer.:D
