I had the same issue a few weeks ago driving done the road then a clunk followed by loss of drive! this was on a LT77 gearbox. when the gearbox was removed they found this, I'd already bought a gearbox off 200tdi ayre from the forum so i had that fitted as well as a new clutch assembly...

I have no idea if it will fit, (probably not) but i have form a 19j 2.5td in the garage.

How much for the injectors and how new are they?

I load them in to photobucket and copy the img file, paste it onto the thread.

The battery may be duff if its making a clicking sound when trying to start it. But then again I may be very wrong :behindsofa:
