Have you replace any of your anti roll bar drop links.. I found this exact problem on a friends FL1 only last week... the problem ended up being the wrong drop link on the noisy side was fitted. (There are two different lengths). It ended up ripping the cr4p out of his ARB bushes too.

ah..... and that answers the question guys.... because the door ribs are one peice and not individual... I will have to go black... otherwise, i will have a silver panel in the middle of the door...... unless the individual strips on rimmer will match up nicely.

This one.... the three ribs on the door are "one-piece" and to be honest... if it isn't genuine LR (even though all the part no's are there) - I don't really care!

The answer isn't much use to you I'm afraid, but. ... depends? Why was it removed in the first place? Was the IRD goosed on the output? Did the differential suffer damage because of the VCU? You might fit it all and be ok... you might fit it and the rear diff bushes are the only reason it was...

Some people swear that it give more MPG - I don't know..... some complain that they can't hold the front end... again I don't know.... should you run mondo or 4x4??? I would say why run a car in a mode if isn't designed to do. If it helps.... I posted something about buying a second hand one...
