Also got no headlights, I haven't replaced the 100amp fuse yet could this have something to do with why bugger all works??

Was preparing to weld a sill on the Disco 1, 300tdi, 96, manual, and I remembered reading you should disconnect all leads from the alternator before getting underway. Whilst doing this I arced the heavy lead and the alarm chirped, the 100 amp alternator fuse also blew. On hearing this I knew...

I'm in the middle of doing mine with box section. That search box up the top is very useful. Type in sills, click search and away you go....pictures and all!

I fitted police spec springs to the rear of my 300 last year and what a difference. I’ve had umpteen bales of hay in the back as well as a trailer full and she will always do the job, never sags always sits level. I managed to get mine off ebay, still got two in the garage doing nothing!

Absolutely...give them a chance, sort your **** out with them rather than try and drag people down. **** the bed, try volunteering, putting your own time up for free and see how much people give a ****....it’s hard enough trying to sell poppies these days. Well your in the best place thats for sure. Look already you've had a fettle and come up trumps. Every job you could possibly need to do would have been covered at some point so, arm yourself socket set at the ready and go forth my friend!!
