they are not coming on fuse 13 is working but back windows dont work ??on that fuse

hi bud hope alls good 1 theres a small light on the switch which lights up when pressed to on position to let you know the screen is heating 2 never cut anything in engine bay except what was to be spliced ect 3 fuse 8/ 30amp under steering wheel for heated rear window and mirrors...
