What did you do with your Range Rover today

Had a bit of a result.... Bought a Bosch S5 020 just under 5 years ago.....started to have a few issues, was cranking over slowly, died a few times when left a couple of days etc (thought I had a drain to begin with, but all appears Ok) Took battery with receipt to euro car parts (22nd Nov 18 is...

    L322 handling bad winter weather

I have an early TD6 L322 and it performed great in the snow, just remember it's a big old heavy lump to bring to a halt on ice though. If you know how to drive, have good tyres and respect the laws of physics you will have no issues :)

    Disco 2 Fuel ecomomy figures

Managed 33MPG once over a full tank in my old '99 TD5 manual over a long weekend down to the West Country (Mostly 65-70mph motorway miles) Had a 2000 Auto TD5 after and it was noticably worse on fuel. Used to get about 22/23mpg combined

L322 Another day, another issue... i mean fix - TD6 Oil Sump

Hi Thomas, Sumps don't tend to just 'crack' whilst tightening the drain plug. How tight did you try and tighten it up to?! Is the car new to you? I would drain the oil first and find out exactly where it is leaking from and go from there...

D3 with little power when towing??

As said, get the brakes on the trailer checked out. D3's are superb tow vehicles, shouldn't have any issues even when loaded up! As above - Use low range for slow manoeuvring, less wear on the clutch and slower/ more controlled manoeuvres :)

    Removing fuel burning heater

There is a fuse within the glovebox fuse box compartment, just pull it out and it will stop it working (there is a fuse guide on the drop down cover, will indicate which fuse it is) It won't throw any faults up on the dash, but if you plug into diagnostics if it's tried to fire up on its own...

    20" l322 tdV8 AT tire size

So do I.... I need to stop looking at them !!! I think the 'V' speed rating will just about be sufficient for our TD6's !!! They've Been around a few years now, Come From over the pond I believe. Be interesting to hear of any feedback from anyone that's fitted them to a 322...

    20" l322 tdV8 AT tire size

If the BFG AT's were a pretty standard size (and not ridiculous monster truck type things) it would be purely coinsidentle the box went.

    20" l322 tdV8 AT tire size

Can't be 100% on your wheel fitment, however, if it will fit on a 2008 tdv8 can't see why it wouldn't fit yours..... I do recall bigger calipers on later models, which could well cause an issue. You'll have Ask someone who knows what they're talking about there !! IMO - In my opinion. 19's -...

Disco 2 ACE BCU Light turn off

I would have bought one without ACE if I could have done, but not many ES's come without ACE but correct me if I'm wrong as I know nothing about D2's after all.... With a 12year old car at the time I wanted the simplicity of traditional ARB's for if/when the inevitable happened and the ACE goes...
