PAS playing up....in what way?? I'd be very surprised if a wheel ABS sensor would have anything to do with that....

Reason this was bought to my attention is I had a dodgy wheel bearing on my 2005 SC, cut a long story short...(don't ask...) Ended up fitting a whole new used hub/knuckle/ bearing/sensor assembly from a 2002 TD6. The original one from my '05 SC was green.....the TD6 one was blue..... Didn't...

FYI Just to be aware, I've been looking at ABS sensors and there seems to be two different part numbers for the front ones depending on your year. The difference I believe is in the plug connector colour, blue and green ones... Apparently they are NOT interchangeable. HTH.

Yes I would try that first, could well be. A lot easier and cheaper than the blower motor to change. I changed my fan a few years back, it was squeaking and making some random noises and on its last legs. There is a good guide on it here...... http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic14961-45.html

That's interesting Ant, yes and does makes sence too! When the live reading positions of the height sensors are sent to the BCU, is this from those readings the Hawkeye is giving me? As the fronts (not touched sensors) are a little out, I.e Front left +25 Front right -40 Or are the live...

Nope, no evidence of any water ingress anywhere and the battery is fine too

Yes I did do the lock to lock reset originally, but other warnings came on too not just 'air susp inac' fault. Battery is all fine as is charging it etc. Bloody thing!

I recommend the Bosch S5 015 https://www.tayna.co.uk/car-batteries/bosch/s5015/ 5 year warranty - That's the biggest you can physically fit into the L322, it is a tight fit but does go.

If it throws a weak compressor tell tale code, it doesn't in my experience throw up a hard fault, only a soft one ( the light still stays illuminated on dash) just can't adjust anything. Can you jack it back up and poke your head underneath and see if the rear sensors are still intact? Failing...

Are the EAS lights on the dash still illuminated of are they out? One of my rear height sensors broke (arm snapped ) last week on my birthday would you have it as the missus was driving us home from a family meal. It throw the Air sus inac 'Hard fault', so will throw the lights out on the dash...

When the TD5 auto box is cold it holds onto the gears for longer (as you will be aware as it gets colder and colder..) Remember it's only a 4 speed auto, the torque converter locks up around 52mph when it's warmed up, giving it direct drive (torque converter no longer slipping) which sort of...

Much Easier, quicker and alot cleaner just getting the transfer box into neutral ;)
