Well just a quick update, she's still running perfectly fine, and the broken glow plug still shows no sign of shifting despite being used daily:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

I will very rarely touch anything in a blue box (Britpart = Sh*tpart), never heard a good word about most of their stuff, and my local parts place doesn't stock their bits as a rule. However there are some perfectly good aftermarket bits, you just have to be a bit careful what your buying.

I fitted one of Pressbrakes crossmembers (Black sheep offroad), I won't need to ever fit another one, that's pretty cost effective, especially seeing as it cost the same to have fitted as a cheap one, but was only slightly dearer.

I got it up to temperature and still no movement, so I'm going to have a brew and let it cool down then try again, I've kept a rag over the hole, I iz stupid, but not that stupid.

Been running 5 mins now and the bloody bit is still happily stuck in there.
