do you get it when pulling away from standstill in first at all? try doing that aggressively, if you still do, it could be worn suspension bushes maybe?

depends on what size outlets they have and whether it matches your kit. culd get them from a mainstealer, or ask somewhere like paddocks if they can get hold of them?

cant you just jack the wheels up and move them forwards and backwards and see if there is any laterally play, rather than spinning them, which is harder to detect

don't necessarily rely on the static timing marks on the engine. sometimes they can be way out

Hi there and welcome. Why do you want to change it to 24 spline? I have the same vehicle as you and its fitted with 10spline disco diffs with original halfshafts, had no problems with that setup
