Ok Don't want to labour on it.But are there any negatives points , at the moment get excellent MPG 34.Think that might be effected by removing skirt or whatever one calls it. Must of been put there for reason , if its only styling well off it comes.

I was looking for a D1 rust free also . Whatever rust you spot on viewing is often only a fraction of what exists ! Back floor repairs not too bad sills arches are a pig in my view.

I am a land rover fanatic some twenty years . Have had a 1949 80" , 107" station wagon to a tdv6 D3. love reading your landyzone site find it extremely helpful. Current Landy is a disco 300tdi ,which I think is easy to repair and meets all my needs for work and play .
