Thanks for this information. I am thinking that as the leak is in the top corner, do I really need to seal the entire windscreen? The rest of the seal looks fine. Anyone else tackled this problem? if so, method and outcome?

A quick update - I have just looked at the area again. It would appear that there is a sponge like seal at the top of the windscreen. The seal appears to stop 2 inch's from the end. It is this area where the leak appears to be.

Since I bought my discovery, there has been a leak. It does not have any sunroofs and the leak has always shown on the headlining from the top of the passenger door to the grab handle.
