    P38A A/C....next logical move?

OK, Ta. Just been out with the uv torch and lots of stuff is glowing, sticky labels on the ac pipe, oil stains and finger prints! Nowt looking like a leak though but I can't see the compressor connections, too much stuff in the way, everything else looked OK but I'm not convinced to be honest...

@Grrrrrr The book symbol that popped up yesterday after changing air direction was off today at start up. Never thought to change air direction again to see if it reappeared.

Exciting stuff today! When I first got the 38 (dhse) it had nice overmats front and rear but the drivers one always moved when I got in or out.not a massive biggy but annoying as I could see that something was missing that was supposed to hold it firm but I had no idea what. Anywhoo, I was...

P38A Rangey in a bad mood this morning.

Just started her up today after 3 weeks and to answer that, yes..5 secs ish to motorway height which it's locked at. Then sent her up to extended height which also went up smartish. Then spent 15mins underneath checking for a birds nest. The wife spotted a Robin bobbing about underneath with...

Lower Dash/Heater Duct Top Plate Seal.

Dunno :vb-weyes: was 20 yrs ago, at a guess 6 or 8mm? I also glued layers together for the heater box to bulkhead seal, around the gear levers(under the rubber thing) and under the brake master cylinder lid. Oh, and on the heater box flaps inside the heater box. The best stuff I used is blue and...

I used closed cell camping mat, cheap. I also figured that it would help the heat stay a little hotter to the drivers side
