    Further update. I originally felt sure it was the bonnet catch/sensor, had landrover fit a new one, alarm went off 6 days later again, took the car out this mornng and the bonnet open warning message kept flashing and then off and then back again. Seems obvious, either landrover didnt fit it...

    Yes, so far we have only locked it with one press of the fob to eliminate the volumetric. After if goes off we lock it with the key ( bit of a faffle though )So far it hasnt gone off using the key.

    Update, re Rank Amateurs comments, the wife went out in it this morning and said the bonnet open warning light came on when she went over a bump then went off again, Im thinking if the wind got underneath the bonnet and moved it slightly, if there is a slight fault or play in it the bonnet...
