At best/worst even with cdl engaged it will only ever be 2 wheel drive, you have open diffs as standard on the axles the only locking diff is the centre one. Do you fully understand the concept?

Ignition system in tip top order is essential, i had problems with mine running ok on petrol but sh1te on gas and after leads, dizzy cap , rotor arm and plugs plus a clean out of the gas reducer and filters it was sweet on gas, sadly now it refuses to fire up but that is another matter completely :(

It's fecking only bloody running again, slow and steady wins the race. Proper pleased with myself now and I learned a lot about the ignition system which I'm pretty sure will come in handy owning this particular motor.

I just use the finger of a rubber glove as a temporary bit of protection over the end of the brake line and secure it with a rubber band to hold the fluid in whilst I get things changed over. As said prefilled calipers make life a lot easier.

I used 5mm plates just like owas' picture, drilled to suit whatever seat you go for and then attach the rails to suit the disco seat subframe.

right update, Ive changed the pick up in the dizzy, the ignition module and im now getting a weak spark at the plugs, very weak though. ive had the dizzy out so the timing needs setting , i did mark the position of the dizzy before i took it out and had the engine at tdc when i rebuilt it so...

You can make almost anything fit by Just knocking up some brackets for the runners. I have smart car seats in one of mine.

I'll give it a go for sure once I've got the dizzy back together if it doesn't fire. Cheers discool.
