That’s interesting, I can turn mine off by turning the dial all the way to the left. That having been said, the spares truck you can’t, 1 is as low as it goes. Perhaps it depends on the HEVAC unit installed. The one you can turn off has heated seats and screen, the one you can’t doesn’t.
