It seems there is little or no market for Omega bits but one or two of the breakers add a premium if they know you are looking for Range Rover parts. On recently renewed my turbo.     I have had so many things go wrong on my P38 I thought I'd plan for the worst. Will the Omega /BMW car engine adapt to replace the P38 BMW 2.5 and if so anyone on here done the conversion?

    Noisy tappet

    I've had a noisy tappet on my 95 2.5 DSE P38 for over a year (20,000 miles). Having just spent a small fortune on a gearbox and clutch I don't want to attend to it now. Am I likely to get big problems soon? And how big a job is it to sort?
