Just a tip from a newbie, I attempted the oil pump bolt on Friday. Get the cross member bolts out first as I had to abandon the job as I couldn't budge 5 of the 8 bolts, and had stupidly already drained the sump of oil. Lesson learnt

Attempted to do the oil pump bolt today, gave up after two hours trying to get the crossmember bolts out, Grrrrr!!!! Now will have to drill and tap the bolts out, still, first chance to have a good look underneath and am very chuffed at how clean it is. Will probably give the underneath a good...

Will have to see how it affects the insurance :rolleyes::rolleyes:

I have asked the question on another thread about fitting a bull bar type thing, similar to this, which is also in my watching page. I'm under the impression that these aren't technically legal? Can anyone clarify? This front bumper is cheaper than replacing my headlights ;-)
