And if you change the glow plugs, which is quite easy, dont trap the wire of the 4th injector in the manifold when reassembling, like some idiot on here did recently!!!!!

Just done a google. Apparently the limit is 50mph when entering the roadworks and changes to 40mph 1km in. I guess i set the cruise when I went in and didnt notice the change. No restriction southbound. Ahh well, pay the course cost and go to the naughty boys classroom!!!

You are allowed 2500litres per 12 months without paying duty. If you exceed that duty is paid on all of it!!

Thought that would be worth a try, trip to maplins tomorrow I guess!!

My comments in post 14 relate to a new injector. So yes it is possible that they leak!!!

Same happened to me. It was the injector itself that was leaking so took it back for a replacement. Didnt fancy tightening the injector although that is what the part supplier wanted me to do!!!

looking at the pics from Rave it looks the same as on my D1 which I done recently. When reassembling I used some baler twine under the rubber to pull it up to get the trim back underneath. Although the motor was faulty it was it also burnt out the switch stalk......or may be it was the other...
