Well finally got around to having some me time so decided to get out the spanners and change tho glow plugs as the car was refusing to start!!!
After finding that 3 of the 6 glow plugs had disintergrated it was very nervously that I turned the car over. Fired up fantastic and I left in to run. Put the tools away, got in the car only to see the injector light was on. Pulled out the Nanacom, reset faults and it was still staying injector fault. Had a quick look under the bonnet and then could see the problem.
Like some sort of idiot I had trapped the wires for the 4th injector under the manifold. The injector is only a few months old, so after a little cry, got the tools back out, manifold off and injector out.
There is about an inch of wire on the injector so is it worth trying to get it soldered back together or do I have to bite the bullet and get a replacement???
