Petrol or diesel, manual or auto??

I sent him an injector from my P38 after I damaged the wiring. It has come back promptly and the wiring neatly repaired. Total cost was around £28 which included posting it back.

I have used Diesel Bob and would be happy to recommend them. I used them after several other people on hear said good thinks about them.

i would be interested in front bumper, can come and strip it myself!!

On mine the front wipers caused a problem when a small lug in the switch stalk failed. New stalk solved problem. I also had an intermediate fauly on the rear but could never find a problem although it does seem that rear wiper doesnt work if drivers door open!!!!!

is it me, how can someone take a car to the garage for an MOT with indicators and over lights not working. I guess I should not be surprised judging by how many drivers dont use there indicators, they would not know they where deffective!!!

A disco isn't a traditional land rover; it has a sub chassis like a car and are prone to rot from the rear back towards the front. When I last looked under my disci it did have a chassis there......and yes the body tends to rot, but as siad by another poster, get one that has been sorted and...

Have you signed anything to agree the settlement? If not, do not bank the cheque. You need to write a reply to the letter offering £1900 in settlement and send in by fax post and email. Make your response clear that the settlement terms you agreed are for the repair of your vehicle by yourselve...

Keeping an old one on the road can be alot cheaper than the depreciation on a newer one......depends on how reliable your P38 is. I havent yet got mine to the point I trust it enough......but my old 300tdi Disco is currently the preferred method of transport for child and dog!!!

Had the wipers pack up, blown fuse and burnt motor like you, changed and still ne joy. It turnt out to be the wiper switch stalk was f££ked. Change for a 2nd hand one and normal wiper service resumed!!

Will get back to you, got a few going on ebay at the moment that are £70 new and now I have looked into it I may need a different one from yours as mine is an Auto.

As above, brake light switch fault. Something must have blown the fuse. 2 min job to change!!
