Don't despair. I think mine was worse and not the hardest to repair! Undo the rear mounts and you can lift the body enough to get some working room. I am sure I posted a few pics when I done mine. It was my first repair job! My rear mounts where also shot so I think a used the YRM over boot...

If you cant undo the main bolts you can take the bumper lights out and access another set from the hole. Don't be surprised if on dropping the bumper you find the rear cross member needs a bit of TLC. Bumper corners come off with bumper. Extra pair of hands is useful!!!!
