..from the engine - TD4. Happens in the morning when cold and is gone when warm. it is random and does not change with engine speed or load it would appear. I am guessing a pressure relief valve in the power steering pump? anyone seen this before? Thanks in advance Stewart

So turns out it was injector seals causing fumes noise and mess..

i blame apple, the FL2 is not an authorised accessory. it must be fused, check that, phones are that smart these days it may not charge if the supply is not right, current or voltage could be to too low or high and the phone switch off the charging circuit?

I did a search but couldn't get what i was after on this one. In the lower pin the bolt moves with the door - therefore tightens as it goes. I am guessing there should be an inner sleeve to tighten against and this has seized? It does look a bit orange, but I am scared to strip it.
