The noise is comming from the gearbox area, its made the noise since ive owned it(10yrs), over this time its had new uj's, and front diff.

Hi, Ive got a LT77 with the dreaded outputshaft 'clonk'. Until I get a chance to fit another gearbox, could I put a heavy gear oil in the transfer box to help quieten down the clonk? Something like this maybe; Silkolene RHINO 140 Classic Gear Oil Your thoughts.

I'm looking at new seats for my 110. The main issue seems to be the height of the replacement seats, ideally you seats with flat bases, i'm looking at saab/volvo/rover and some merc seats.

I got one years ago, the same model, and could never get on with it.

My understanding is that the 2.5 was fitted with an electric pump from the factory, maybe yours has been changed and someone has fitted a 2,25 pump, which i'm told can't keep up with the carb.

Ive got a 110 petrol with a 110amp battery. I go to military vehcile shows alot and was thinking of getting a 12v invertor and running a microwave. Anyone tried this? Loads of info on google, but thought i'd ask the experts!!:)

Thats what i did. TBH, if you don't off road, just do the rear diff and take off front prop.

I had a l/weight with R/R diffs and 7.50's. Coped very well.

I was thinking about buying a new 110, but for the money, the reliabilty would worry me.
