    Why not turn it in to a pickup etc would be easier to get access to weld it and use flat sheet steel save some money at the same time. And if you have got an another disco there is no time pressure to get it done.

    Mine makes a noise when in gear but found that if I slightly pull back on the gear stick or forward depending on which gear I'm in it stops. Just another thing to adjust and add to the growing list It's probably not the same thing as yours but if for ten secs of looking it might help.

    Just found a cheap AC/DC clamp meter from maplin forty pounds I normally use a fluke 365 At work but for that money I'm going to keep it in the back of the car. I also compared them at work and found it spot on I took some pics to show people hope this might help out some people.

    I've never heard of a mobile doing that and I once watched myth busters and they tried to blow alsorts things up. When im next there I will take a photo with my mobile :)
