sure ratty and a few more on here will vouch for me when i say that i did some seriously deep wading in my 56 plate td5 90 and never missed a beat :rolleyes:

my 110 td5 double cab has lecy windows but other than that its pretty well basic (well as basic as the td5 lecys will allow anyway);)

finally got the head gasket done and torgued down , started to put all the bits back on . bloody front bolt holding the rocker shaft to the head has no thread to bite on :doh::frusty::frusty::frusty: looks like whoever had it off last (1 of 2 machanics that did work on the motor when the 90...

dont be silly you can see its a chubby puppy :doh::D

stripped the head off the old 90, HGF :mad: the rear of no.4 pot apparantly common fault on 200tdi . did'nt help that the n/s back head bolt was no where near as tight as the rest of the head bolts :mad: re-ground all the valves and cleaned the head and block surfices ready for refitting tomorrow .

you would'nt get within 300+ yards of me with yer peashooter :mad:

yeah just shame he did'nt come down here and have a go :D
