Turning veg into bio is simple, making it suitable it run in an engine long term is a totally different thing. Mr everlatesparky is right to flag this video up as being some of the worst into about biodiesel on the web.

Check that the pin inside the injection pump (the one that sits against the boost pin) is free moving, they sometimes seize up and need freeing up. Also check there are no holes in the pipe from the turbo to the boost actuator (flying saucer on top of the pump).
