Also is there a procedure to follow when charging a battery? Can it be done whilst the battery is still connected? Will I have issues if I take the battery out of the car over night to charge?

Also just read that if a battery is showing 12.2 or less it's only 50% charged and anything less than 12 is classed as discharged is this correct?

So it could well be the battery also. With being in and out of hospital not had time to get to the bottom of this. Think I have a lifetime guarantee on the battery

With the engine not cranking would the car throw up the errors anyway? I've had hdc/special programme and park brake errors pop up when failing to start. When it eventually does I don't get the errors.

Recently I've had issues starting the car. What happens is I turn the ignition once checks finished and get like a mechanical whir sound and no start. Its not a click if I turn off and try again it starts. Today it did the noise twice before it would start. No errors on the dash at all no cut...

The reason he suggested the compressor and not the sensor is because on start up the car would try to level but as it dropped so low and then would level and drop again at the front and try and re level it was over working due to a leak at the valve block but I get what you are saying.

An update on the suspension issues I was having. The front valve block was the culprit. A leak was causing the compressor to work overtime trying to keep the front level. The front would drop as soon as igntion was switched off. Indy thinks the compressor was working overtime and the amber error...
