More suspension woes

Until you get it on diagnostics and fix the issue with the rear height sensor you're wasting your time. IMO the ecu is constantly trying to adjust to a reference voltage that keeps changing and after a few attemps will thow up an articulation validity fault. Someone with knowledge of the D3 may be able to suggest another course of action!

A decent diagnostic reader needs to be priority, or you're just ****ing in the wind.

You can't run a D3 on a shoestring, and you shouldn't try.

To use a D3 as a daily driver, you need a contingency fund of at least £2k in the bank, as it can throw a wobbler, which can soon eat into a sizable chunk of cash.
 
An update on the suspension issues I was having. The front valve block was the culprit. A leak was causing the compressor to work overtime trying to keep the front level. The front would drop as soon as igntion was switched off. Indy thinks the compressor was working overtime and the amber error was the compressor protecting itself from over heating as the leak made the front drop even when driving and the compressor would try to adapt to it. New block fitted also the rear height sensor I had concerns about and suspension calibrated all seems good at the moment. Got the car back yesterday. No drops. Compressor doesn't run as long on start up now as it once did.
 
IMO the orange error was the faulty sensor, my compressor overheats regularly when I'm calibrating and doesn't bring up a fault.

The reason he suggested the compressor and not the sensor is because on start up the car would try to level but as it dropped so low and then would level and drop again at the front and try and re level it was over working due to a leak at the valve block but I get what you are saying.
 
Yes that would cause it to overheat, I just don't think a compressor overheating will throw up a fault, at least mine never has. If he's changed the sensor as well I suspect that was causing the error.
I think there is a fault code thrown up if it takes too long to raise but not overheat although I've not had that.....yet
