close the sunroof by whatever means,remove the motor from the roof leaving it connected electrically,operate the sunroof button until the motor stops by itself(basically it stops on the microswitch)reassemble and your issue will be over.mine had this issue,i also tried another motor without success.

sounds like your vapouriser wants replacing/rebuilding.

its perfectly possible to remove the engine with the exhaust manifolds attached.also remove the engine mounts andlower the lump to access the top bellhousing bolts.you do not need to disconnect the oil cooler pipes from the cooler

if you can get away with it starting on gas is far LESS damaging than starting with petrol....petrol doesn't lubricate anything,it strips all the oil from the bore thus increasing the wear rate when cold.

the injection time for petrol is approx double what it should be.the gas injector time is way to small for the given petrol injector time. plug and filter are unlikely to fix this,you need to get it on "live data" to see what the maf,engine temp sensor etc are saying

if you lot can get 20+plus out of a petrol/lpg range rover,it must be on asthmatic setting,do you often find that there is 2 miles of traffic behind you but nothing in front?:D:D
