hi all looking into upgrading my 110 front axle to vented disc,s either complete axle swap out or swop out hub units bits any help or throughts on the matter would be good

plasma cutter is the way to go first check on a scrap piece or alloy make sure it cuts it, and not melts it some plasma cutters are not designed for cutting alloy

a plasma cutter should cut it easy if you know of anyone who has one. or 1mm cutting disc in grinder just as good
