No the bad diesel stopped it. This is the first restart after the clean out.

I've had the front banjo off and there's good strong flow at that point. I haven't undone the lift pump pipes.

Yep good strong pull on the lift pump, good squirts and fuel squirting at the spill rail....just nothing at the injectors yet.

Not yet Mojo. I've cranked her over till the battery died, but no fuel at the injectors:(. The lift pump has lifted the fuel all the way up to the spill rail. I I'm happy that works, going to change the stop sdolenoid after I've had lunch

Afternoon, sorry for disappearing guys. Since the last post I've took the fuel tank out and cleared the lines. I've fresh diesel in and used the lift pump to prime it up to the FIP. I've cranked her over but no fuel at the injectors yet and I've just put the battery on charge...any...

Hi tottot. I've got the tank off and I've cleaned that out and I'm about to clean the lines through.

Hi Col, hahahaha. Now that would be taking pi55. I keep the tank locked so I don't think so. I reckon it was ASDA diesel, that was the last place I filled up

I've already tried that. That's how I found the water. I'll do that again to help it self prime after I've cleared the water out of the system. I was wondering if anybody else had this happen to them with a 300 tdi.

My fender has died, I checked the filter and this came out. I'm going to drain the tank, clear the lines and replace the filters. Is there anything else I should consider or worry about. I desperately need the car running as my son has cancer and we need it for hospital runs for his chemo...

No she's that shiny. The bonnet decal is one I put on. Good point about the fading. I'll look into getting it matched. I've seen this colour on a Disco of the same age.
