Afternoon, sorry for disappearing guys. Since the last post I've took the fuel tank out and cleared the lines. I've fresh diesel in and used the lift pump to prime it up to the FIP. I've cranked her over but no fuel at the injectors yet and I've just put the battery on charge...any suggestions?

No the bad diesel stopped it. This is the first restart after the clean out.
have both banjos on the pump been removed if they have they couldnt have got put back in the wrong hole, as rear is a restricted banjo to maintain pressure in the pump, if they are ok , remove solenoid needle and refit solenoid and try ,then remove injector pipes and crank if after a while you cant get fuel pump will need to come off and be stripped at a specialists, presuming pump is been driven by the cam belt

OK. If you crank with the bleed screw out on the filter then it should squirt everywhere. When it does tighten the bleed up.

Now on the back of the injection pump (not the lift pump) there is a return fuel line banjo that looks like a cross - there is a return line, and a feed line from the injector spill pipes. Unscrew the cap nut a couple of turns and crank till that spurts diesel (and possibly water still!). Then tighten up and you injector pump is bled of air.

Now slacken the unions for the pipes on the injector tops, crank till they spurt, tighten.... and try to start it.
