Not yet Mojo. I've cranked her over till the battery died, but no fuel at the injectors
. The lift pump has lifted the fuel all the way up to the spill rail. I I'm happy that works, going to change the stop sdolenoid after I've had lunch

Yep good strong pull on the lift pump, good squirts and fuel squirting at the spill rail....just nothing at the injectors yet.
thats not the front banjo try that ,have you undone the lift pump pipes recently
refitting pump connectors the wrong way round is a common issue ,which is why i asked , was engine running prior your diesel clean out
No the bad diesel stopped it. This is the first restart after the clean out.
have both banjos on the pump been removed if they have they couldnt have got put back in the wrong hole, as rear is a restricted banjo to maintain pressure in the pump, if they are ok , remove solenoid needle and refit solenoid and try ,then remove injector pipes and crank if after a while you cant get fuel pump will need to come off and be stripped at a specialists,presuming pump is been driven by the cam belt
thats not so good ,dirt or metal particles
