Thanks Don, yep just lubricated and all good. there are 2 black plastic parts that move back and forward, don't know what these do but they were sticking. I have lubricated them both and as I moved them back & forward I heard the motor activate. Thank you for your help.:)

Gavin your starting a never ending argument here, a p38 is a totally different class compared to the L322. Nothing from the L322 will fit the P38, except a few interior bulbs..... Look on the bay of E for some replacement seats.
