Have to agree with you there darrenaroberts although, some of the two doors on car and classic are up for £27k plus :eek: The parts are also through the roof. I seen a pair of genuine bonnet mirrors on the bay last week with the bidding at £352 and there was 6 days left in the auction........

I've got a 1973 2 door 3.5 v8. SU carbs. No rust. original interior in OK condition. Paintwork let's it down a bit but everything else is sound......What's it worth in today's market?...... Thanks.

Hi all. Wonder could any of you help with a braking problem. I have 2 door classic with a 2.8 Daihatsu diesel engine. I went to drive out of the yard today only to find that on applying the brakes I had a very hard pedal with no braking power. I could hear some vacuum when pressing the pedal but...

Home made gasket between plate and block might be worth a try?.....It is leaking between plate and block and is dry elsewhere.

Can pipes corrode in a watertight oil pressurized space???....I would be more inclined to think seals....

It's just a weep. It's at the flange face that clamps the 4 pipes to the valve block. I have to top up once a week. I know it's only small but it can only get worse so I would prefer to address it now. Looks like the seals I need are about £15 each so £60 and a bit of spannering should sort it :D

Very cheap over here in Ireland.....A neighbour of mine just sold a lovely 03 TD5 GS manual with just 93000 on the clock. Drove like new and just had a lot of work done to it including all brakes discs and pads, new front hub and sensors. Full service and new battery......She got £1800 for it.
