    L322 Compressor

Hi, If its a wabco pump and you decide to replace the ring then consider this option https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FOR-AUDI...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 I initially replaced the ring and it was worse.. the cylinder wears badly and the above is a ring and head for only £17.it...

    L322. A bit of a challange !

Ok, Time for an update. So in the middle of replacing subframes the suspension that had never worked correctly went all lopsided. In desperation took it to Indy and came back 6ft above the ground in access mode. So following advice from a few of you and some help as well, I downloaded Inpa...

L322 Air Suspension - Doesn't seem to raise or lower?

I can only say what I did. check you have no codes. put it in to calibration mode and im told drink tea. Yes you do get to measure them manually. then measure from bottom of rim to arch then enter these in. I have to say it levelled the car but its too high. It came back from indy garage...

L322 Air Suspension - Doesn't seem to raise or lower?

Yes it is. but the low setting is normal height. normal is too high and high well that just pushing things. With the Foxwell I can get it to level(it was half cocked) but I don't seam to be able to get it anywhere nr a normal height. Ive used the foxwell to deflate the suspension, but when I...

L322 Air Suspension - Doesn't seem to raise or lower?

Ok ive just been out to my L322 and put my Autel scanner on it. Left front 30.4 v, Right front 2v. So I put my Foxwell NT 105 on it and Left Front 1.8v and Right Front 2v. So that's weird. The posts ive read all had suspension faults were they were getting various faults such as static air...

L322 Air Suspension - Doesn't seem to raise or lower?

Hi Big Rig, Its quite common from lots of posts on the interweb that a high reading of 30 volts occurs on the left front. It showed that on my Autel, but when a garage read the system the readings they were all normal. Ive not managed to find any reason behind these high readings but they are...

    L322. A bit of a challange !

Ok, Ive had the Foxwell on the car. I left it running for 10 mins before starting. no codes. in standard height mode. measured each height from bottom of rim to top of arch. entered them in. and it levelled. but it sits heigh at 760mm at each wheel. The car sits right at the low setting...

    L322. A bit of a challange !

Hi Mark, was that a rant. ok. A Land Rover/Range Rover independent garage charging 60-70 per hour should be perfectly capable of what we are talking about here, or they should not be charging 60-70 per hour. As for welding subframes, that was never considered. I searched for a garage to...

    L322. A bit of a challange !

No I don't know but give me a clue?. I don't really understand why a pro would have a problem, I do cos I don't really yet understand how it works and what are the weaknesses. once you know you know. I seriously tried the big indi in Lincoln and louth to do subframes and both had never...

Hiya, Ok ill try the foxwell tomorrow. I am waiting for cable to turn up to try inpa. Yes the storm clouds are rearing their ugly heads. Ive considered fitting springs, but really an expensive copout. I am also considering getting rid, but its quite close to being ok. Steveeasy

    L322. A bit of a challange !

Seriously, When you read thru the threads almost everyone is having the same symptoms. I can not fathom why the place in Louth could not deal with it. once you know it must get easier. Am I right I need to or should park on level ground. put it in standard height. obviously clear codes(that...

    L322. A bit of a challange !

Hi dwarfer, thanks for this. Looks like the head was too worn and the new ring would have burnt out the compressor before it settled in. the old one, well touching it has done no good. Thanks Steveeasy
