    Actually you right ,partially .This temperature was set for 92 degrees c for the old thermostat ,but new one PRT is opening at 82 C. Also I think a electric water pump for recylculate water when engine is stop is necessary.

    So in little disappointed why LR engineer choose this parameter. i monitoring some data on torque pro ,fan starts at 105 degree c what is to much.i have some idea in my mind but i want to ask here maybe is anyone who knows a easy way. Well i need to go around 94- 95 degree c,at this temperature...

    New heater matrix and coolant tank . Was a big job to remove dashboard ,I was scared in the first place but I've done it .good thing is you can go wrong with connector .

    So i brought a elm327 Bluetooth with torque pro app. Nice live data and more features. But no read oil temperature and i need custom PID . Is anyone who can help ? Thanks.

    It was not in the plan to do that,but i deal with HG failure ,head off was a opportunity. yes i have some noise when engine was cold ,about 5 sec and gone. you can change oil,this is the easy way ,maybe is work maybe don't good luck.

    Remove all 16 tappets, cleaning fill with oil ,was a dirty job but is done...

    Cleaned the block and cylinder head ,240 g sandpaper,looks good but still had some corrosion ,is bad ? I can go with this ?

    Its look no too bad ,no fire ring go dip in the cylinder head ,no sign to lose compression.... only some corrosion from antifreeze or something is worrying me .....removing the sump ,cleaned and today i hope will back in place..

    Pretty fast,i checking oil every week .....CRAZY STUFF .:D ....the old payen head gasket has gone .....So i think will go with MLS

    Freelander 1 Idle speed

    The idle speed can be calibrated ?,I mean if i want 800 rpm at idle with engine hot can be done? ....at 700 rpm are some vibrations ... is a screw on throttle body if i screwed rpm will rise but not for not for long time i think ECU adjust rpm to a default data....
