Going to give the MAF sensor a wash after extracting it from the housing, but have ordered a new Bosch unit and two new Lambdas as well. Note that the the Torx screws are different size inserts, and the larger of the two is a non-standard 5-lobe torx. Peter

Thanks, Paul: The rough running is purely at idle, it is fine at higher rpm, therefore out of the short term and long term fuel strategies. We are going to change the IACV and purge valve this morning to see if we can pin the fault down to one of those. Peter

Still got rough running at low rev's, fuel is low so we are going to get 5 gallons into the tank and try again. Temp up to mid way on the gauge and steady, which is a blessing! Discovery 2 Hawkeye will read codes on the P38, handy to know. Peter

If you have emptied the fuel manifold, you need to run a couple or more 'ignition on' cycles as the fuel pump only runs very briefly, as mentioned on another thread. Peter

The FEED from RL19 would not be a ground, it would be 12v+, Pin 2 needs to be grounded to operate the relay, assuming Pin one is fed with 12V. The ECM controls the relay via Pin 18 C0635 connector. Peter
