Have you checked the wire to the pretensioner, if its under the seat the connection may have worked loose or the cable chaffed. Do you adjust the seat regularly?

What oil filter are you talking about - the main one or the rotor filter If the latter, did the 2 bolts bite or were they loose, the have a habit of stripping the threads in the housing and if this has happened you may need to use a longer bolt and nut to clamp the housing down
