It doesn't sound like you have a problem at all. Are you expecting the front wheel to be rock solid without any rotational movement when in FWD???

Try attaching a jump lead from the engine to the -ve battery terminal then try again its possibly a bad engine earth...and/or short the starter solenoid that could also be U/S... hth
