Mine did this till i removed center box.back on track at this junction of thread.

fitted a bearmach pump to mine and had same issue.so i swapped float and sender with original pump been spot on ever since.

Mine sits halfway when at 62,76,86 all according to nanocom.not a very accurate gauge.

I towed my 21foot caravan about 148 miles and the best temp i got according to nanocom was 86 uphill rest of time about 78.my car is overcooling so like an ice box now.fitted a grill muff but makes no difference.may remove viscous fan or just park up for winter.

There is only 2 bolts each side.the rails i recommend come with seperate mounts for ease of alignment.dan who welded mine cut one leg off first tacked the new one inplace then tacked on the body mount.once happy it was ok he removed tother leg then did the same.i had a new crossmember aswell.he...

Is it head off to do the chain.

Yep just looked on rave. the best you could do is remove camcover and lift chain off sprocket.a certain amount of lift would give you a clue....or maybe not.

Seems to be happening a lot. any way of checking chain without front cover removal.
