Sounds like the arrangement on my old S2a, now I'm trying to remember exactly where they were mounted!

Aren’t there rules about belt types in side facing seats? Exmoor recommend lap belts. I seen to remember inertia reels weren’t allowed as they don’t work sideways. I had retractable lap belts (actually still have, just don’t have the seats!).

I've just come across this, very impressive! Whereabouts are you, I have a couple of friends near Glasgow into hot rods who do some shows - one has just finished a Ford Pop and is starting on another, the other drives a yellow Coupe De Ville. Any pics of the Roadster by the way?

It might, but will people who drive 20 odd year old cars be able to afford the maintenance? And will diesel be available, or affordable?
