*CANCELLED* LandyZone 13 - 24th/25th June 2017 - Everything you need to know!

Me and Mrs. FL will be begging for seats, the bleddy garage still haven't fitted the new chassis. We are still coming, tickets bought months ago. The previous three events have been highlights of the year. Plus, I have met the fabled James Martin!

Wanted No longer wanted - Dixon Bates adjustable hitch

Thanks for the offer Greyhair, but I am now thinking the solution might be worse than the problem. I don't tow often, and I can hitch the caravan easily as long as I take the spare wheel off. I thought the DB hitch might make this easier, but I would pay a penalty due to the hitch grounding.

    Landyzone 2017

I'm sure someone will come up with a list of the eccentric vehicles that have attended over the years. I'm certain that you would be well welcomed, and I seem to recall that a Vitara is not too bad at all off road. See you there!

Wanted No longer wanted - Dixon Bates adjustable hitch

I only tow two or three times a year, taking the tin tent to LZ13 (of course!), Suffolk show and similar. The only reason I thought about an adjustable hitch is that it would make coupling the caravan a little easier, as the spare wheel gets in the way during the process. I'm beginning to think...

Wanted No longer wanted - Dixon Bates adjustable hitch

Don't know, I'll try to find out. Someone said they're more likely to ground off-road. Do you find this?

Wanted No longer wanted - Dixon Bates adjustable hitch

New chassis in a week or so, no stopping me then! I'll search in the for sale bit, thanks Floss Checked, now sold and not a DB anyway.

After a bit of a think, I am no longer looking for a DB hitch

    Snow

Turbo, who let you out of Cornwall:D. I wasn't staying in to avoid the snow, but my 90 is definitely out of action for the moment. The mad axeman at the last MOT decided it was a hazard, once he had punched the chassis full of holes:mad: So I really want to take her out in the snow, so it would...

    Snow

'Bout the same here in Suffolk. Not staying though. Good job too, as I still haven't changed my chassis. I was dreading having great banks of snow, and having to sit there SORNed.

LandyZone12....24th-26th June....Everything You Need To Know

This badly needs updating and highlighting on the site. I was recommending this to a mate, and he couldn't find the info for LZ13. The reason is that the header is Landyzone 12. The price is also wrong on the old flyer, should read £50 for two plus camping.

    Landy zone 13!!

The take - away lunch was a great idea, delicious as well. I seem to remember even the sausages were good, not always the case with food vans:D

They had a glamping pod there, might be worth giving them a call. Too good a weekend to miss:p

    Landy zone 13!!

Hurray!!! We'll be there. Sleeping in our very own tin tent, but how I'll get there is the question. For my last MOT they let loose the mad axeman on my chassis, and in 12 months and 3000 miles I went from "no advisories" to being a collection of holes held together by rust, according to the...
